Things to bring:
1. Fishing License.
Freshwater Charter Captains cannot have a 'Boat License' that
covers all of the customers. You can buy your fishing licenses
on-line at the VA DGIF web site. You will need a credit card
and driver's license number. The web site is:

You will need a temporary or full-year FRESHWATER license. You
do not need a trout license.
After you purchase
your license, be sure to print it out and bring it with you.
Optional things to bring:
1. Rain Gear
(Frogg
Toggs are great!) and warm clothes
2. Favorite
Casting Rod/Jiggin' Rod (depending on the time of the year)
If you'd like to cast during our trip feel free to bring a casting
rod of your own. It needs to be basically a heavy-duty bass
rod and reel that has 15lb test line. If you need a rod and
